Rachel Little (Browne),
Owner & Principal Designer
Rachel is the principal designer of Browne House Interior Design. She founded BHID in 2017 to personally impact the lives of her own clients with growing families that are rejuvenated by casually sophisticated spaces, good craftsmanship, and a full-service experience. She is deeply inspired by each client’s own musings as well all the Texas cities (Houston, San Antonio, and Austin) she has called home.
A strong coastal and traditional aesthetic in Houston tied with rustic influences from San Antonio and finished with Austin’s modern flare neatly ties together the inspiration for her brand’s timeless style. All of that said, there is nothing better than nature as a source of inspiration, which is evident in the designs her team creates by bringing the outside in.
Prior to forming BHID, Rachel received a Bachelor’s in Communication with a Concentration in Public Relations as well as a Minor in Business Administration. In her capacity as a communications specialist, she worked with Fortune 500 companies to implement public relations strategies. Her background in this industry has been integral to business relations with clients, vendors, and growing BHID.
She continued her education by pursuing a Bachelor’s of Interior Design and leveraged the formal training she invested in to expand the services she offers clients. She is proud to have built a full-service design firm that prioritizes customer service and creates homes that her clients can call sanctuaries.
