Disclaimer: Mini and Micro Design Sessions
The Mini and Micro Design Sessions offered by Browne House Interior Design] ("the Company") are virtual interior design consultations aimed at providing design guidance and suggestions to clients. By participating in these sessions, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Consultation Purpose: The purpose of Mini and Micro Design Sessions is to provide general design advice and suggestions based on the information provided by the client. These sessions do not constitute comprehensive interior design services.
Limited Scope: Clients understand that the recommendations and suggestions provided during the consultation are based on the information provided by the client and are not exhaustive. The Company's expertise is provided to the best of its ability within the constraints of the session format.
No Guarantees: While the Company strives to offer high-quality advice and suggestions, there is no guarantee that the recommendations will meet the client's expectations or result in the desired outcome. Design preferences are subjective, and individual interpretations may vary.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their design preferences, requirements, and any relevant constraints. The Company shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by the client.
Product Suggestions: Any product recommendations provided during the consultation are based on the Company's professional opinion and knowledge at the time of the session. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own research and seek additional advice before making purchasing decisions.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company, its employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Mini and Micro Design Sessions, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the recommendations provided.
Product Purchases: The Company will not make any purchases on behalf of the client during the Mini and Micro Design Sessions. Clients are solely responsible for purchasing and procuring any recommended products or materials.
Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the client's participation in the Mini and Micro Design Sessions.
Reservation of Rights: The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate consultations at its discretion, without providing a reason.
By booking and participating in the Mini and Micro Design Sessions, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
